We ship all Gold Theory orders via USPS to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery for your new precious piece.

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)
We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Expedited shipping rates vary based on your location within the United States.

Order Confirmation
Once your Gold Theory purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your USPS shipment.
To track your order, visit the USPS Tracking page and enter your tracking number.
Additional Shipping Details
• International shipping is not available.
• Click-and-collect service is not offered.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you choose to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at hello@goldtheoryjewelry.com or through our Contact page.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Gold Theory reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment. Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider or financial institution.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. However, you may contact our customer support team to begin the return process after your order has been delivered.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gold Theory is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by USPS.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to initiate a missing mail inquiry or file a claim, if eligible.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
