These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gold Theory website (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. Gold Theory is the assumed name (doing business as, or "DBA") of Crafted Creations Design LLC. Throughout these Terms, "Gold Theory," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Crafted Creations Design LLC, doing business as Gold Theory.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or make purchases. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Product Information & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other content on the Site are accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up to date.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to:
Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
Update or modify product information without prior notice.
Cancel or refuse orders arising from pricing errors or inaccuracies.
All prices are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance. Once an order has been accepted, the purchase price for that order will not change. Price changes apply only to future purchases.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
An order is considered accepted once Gold Theory has confirmed the order. Once an order has been accepted, it may not be canceled except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by Gold Theory in its sole discretion. Any approved return after delivery is governed by our Returns Policy.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside Gold Theory's control.
Gold Theory is not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Payment
All payments must be authorized at the time of purchase. Payment information is processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment services. Gold Theory does not receive or store complete payment card information.
Product Materials
Product descriptions and material information provided on the Site are based on information supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers.
Gold Theory does not independently verify, test, or certify the composition, quality, or manufacturing methods of materials supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, certain products are described as 18K gold-filled based on information provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
Gold-filled jewelry is not solid gold. Normal wear, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions may affect the finish over time.
Product Care & Proper Use
Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their jewelry in accordance with the care guidelines provided on the Site.
Gold Theory shall not be liable for damage resulting from:
Improper use or storage
Exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, or abrasive materials
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Failure to follow care instructions
Damage resulting from normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Variations in color, finish, texture, or natural materials are not considered defects.
Marketing & Product Representation Disclaimer
Product descriptions, marketing materials, and statements on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, device display settings, or production variations.
Statements regarding durability, longevity, or performance are based on typical use and proper care and do not constitute guarantees of lifetime performance.
Gold Theory reserves the right to update product specifications, materials, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, product images, branding, design elements, and layout, is the exclusive property of Gold Theory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the Site without prior written consent.
Website Availability
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from Gold Theory shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Arbitration shall take place in the State of New York unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be brought solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Gold Theory waive the right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gold Theory regarding your use of the Site and any purchases made through the Site.
Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
